"United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile" and all services are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

Agrotech Global L.L.C.-FZ accept payments through Visa, Mastercard, and local bank transfers in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). All transactions are processed in AED and are subject to applicable exchange rates and bank charges.

Agrotech Global L.L.C.-FZ will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries. Users from these countries are prohibited from accessing our services.

Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use our services. Minors are not permitted to create accounts or conduct transactions on our platform. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Users are required to maintain copies of all transaction records, including payment confirmations, invoices, and service agreements. These records should be kept for a minimum of 2 years for accounting and verification purposes.

• Immediately reporting any unauthorized access
